BahaySpa prioritizes wellness and beauty services to help you look and feel your best, as safe and flawless as possible. The health and well-being of our customers and providers are always our priority.

Personal Protective Equipment

– Our well-groomed service Providers who wear a clean uniform with Identification cards will wear masks as an enhanced safety measure.

– Clients may share special cleanliness requests before the Provider arrives at their home. For massage services, clients are to use their sheets/towels.

Cleanliness Practices

– Providers are asked to remove shoes upon entering homes.

– Providers will sanitize hands using alcohol/sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content OR thoroughly wash hands in the client’s home before beginning each service/treatment.

– Providers need to disinfect equipment/tools between customers.

Provider Wellness

– Each day of the schedule,

Providers will be asked to confirm that they do not display any symptoms of COVID-19 or other infectious illnesses.

– BahaySpa requests that clients refrain from booking an in-home service if they or a household member are under an isolation or quarantine order, or have a fever, COVID-19 symptoms, or communicable illness.

For all first-time customers, our Support Team will contact you for verifications of your appointment booking.

Provider Feedback

We greatly value feedback from our team of Providers, including determining if a client should be blocked from our platform. We strongly encourage our Providers to report any concerns they may have to our Customer Service team who will address the matter.

Safety and Support

Providers are encouraged to communicate with BahaySpa if they have concerns about a client or work environment upon arrival. Once an appointment is completed, Providers are requested to rate the client and the interaction. When a Provider’s concern rises to the level of safety, the Provider is strongly encouraged to report the client to our Customer Service team by messaging 0917 1442246 or e-mail to support@bahayspa.ph

Trust and Safety – Customers

Service Providers

Massage Therapists, Hair & Makeup Stylists, and Nail Technicians must be licensed/certified and with at least three years of work experience.Each service Provider on BahaySpa is evaluated through a rigorous application and interviewing process. As part of the application to be a service provider, they are required to submit government IDs, government clearance, and certificates, and undergo verifications, background, and reference checks. With consent to use, the service Provider’s photo and profile are displayed publicly on the BahaySpa website.

Service Provider Booking and Reviews

After booking an appointment with BahaySpa, our Customer Service Team will call to verify the booking. Customers can pay in cash or use local payment facilities such as GCash, Paymaya, Grabpay, and Credit cards.

If payment is thru a local payment facility, the customer can request the type of payment needed. BahaySpa will send an SMS with the payment link via the registered mobile number. When the payment is received, the booking will be approved. We will send the booking notification via email.

After the service is complete, the client can review and rate the service Provider on the BahaySpa booking portal. Our team will review the rating to ensure the quality of service we provide.

Customer Care

Customers may inform us of any issues or concerns about the appointment or the service provider, and we will take the appropriate action. The customer’s name will remain confidential. The customer may contact us anytime via a live chat Help Button on the Contact Page.
