Welcome to BahaySpa, a booking portal for massage therapists, hair and makeup stylists, and nail technicians. Using the BahaySpa platform indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined on this page. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically to stay informed of any updates or modifications. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you should not use the BahaySpa platform. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Account Registration: You must be 18 years or above to use our platform. When registering for an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately if there is any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Additionally, BahaySpa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or illegal activity on the platform. By registering for an account on BahaySpa, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these requirements and agree to abide by them at all times.

Booking Services: BahaySpa is a platform that connects customers to independent service providers. The service providers are not employees of BahaySpa. Each service Provider on BahaySpa is evaluated through a rigorous application and interviewing process. We make every effort to ensure that the service providers listed on BahaySpa are qualified and skilled individuals who offer high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by the service providers or their ability to provide services that meet your expectations. If you have any concerns about the quality or suitability of a service provider, contact us immediately we will do our best to assist you.

Service Fees: Service fees for the booking will vary depending on the service provider and service requested. You will be informed of the service fee before we confirm your booking. It is important to note that the service fees listed on BahaySpa do not include any additional costs that may be incurred during the service, such as additional time for the service. This cost will be communicated to you by the service provider and should be agreed upon before the start of the service. If you have any questions or concerns about the service fees or additional costs, please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification.

Payment: Payment for the service will be processed through the BahaySpa platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. By making a payment through BahaySpa, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provided for the amount of the service fees, including any applicable taxes and platform fees. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if the payment information is inaccurate or incomplete.

Cancellation Policy: Service providers may have their cancellation policies, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking. If you need to cancel a booking, you must do so within the 3 hours timeframe specified in the platform with a 10% cancellation fee.

Liability: BahaySpa is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of using our platform or the services provided by the service providers. You use our platform and the services provided at your own risk. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that BahaySpa is not responsible for any liability arising from third-party claims or disputes related to the services provided by the service providers listed on our platform. You agree to indemnify and hold BahaySpa harmless from any liability, claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our platform or services provided by the service providers. If you encounter any issues or disputes with the service provider, we encourage you to contact us immediately to assist you to resolve the matter.

Reviews: After the service is completed, we encourage you to leave a review of the service provider. You agree to provide truthful and accurate reviews. We reserve the right to remove any reviews determined to be false or misleading. Please note that any reviews are subject to our review and moderation process. We reserve the right to remove any reviews that contain offensive language, personal attacks, or violate our community guidelines. We may reach out to you for further information about your review to ensure its accuracy and authenticity. Your reviews are an important part of our platform, as they help other users make informed decisions about which service providers to book. Therefore, we encourage you to provide detailed and honest reviews of your experience with the service provider.

Intellectual Property: The content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of BahaySpa and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, modify, or distribute any content on our platform without our prior written consent. In addition, any trademarks, service marks, or logos displayed on our platform are the property of BahaySpa or their respective owners. You may not use any of these trademarks, service marks, or logos without our prior written consent or the consent of the respective owner. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action, including but not limited to injunctions and monetary damages. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our intellectual property, contact us for clarification.

Termination: BahaySpa reserves the right to terminate your account at any time. In the event of account termination, you will no longer have access to our platform, and any data or information associated with your account will be deleted. We may terminate the accounts of service providers who violate our terms and conditions or fail to meet our standards of service. We reserve the right to modify or terminate our platform at any time, with or without notice. If you have any questions or concerns about account termination, contact us for more information.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and BahaySpa regarding the use of our platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings between you and us.

Annual Membership Card:

  1. The BahaySpa Silver Annual Membership and Gold Annual Membership (hereinafter referred to as “Memberships”) are offered by BahaySpa and provide discounted rates and benefits to the member.
  2. The Silver Annual Membership is priced at P 999 and offers a 4% discount on BahaySpa services. The Gold Annual Membership is priced at P 2,999 with an 8% discount on BahaySpa services.
  3. Both Memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  4. The Silver Annual Membership allows members to avail themselves of the discounted rates twelve (12) times within one year.
  5. The Gold Annual Membership allows members to avail themselves of the discounted rates twenty (20) times within one year.
  6. Memberships are transferable to family and friends.
  7. The discounted rates apply to regular-priced services offered by BahaySpa. Discounts may not apply to promotional packages, retail products, or other special offers unless explicitly stated by BahaySpa.
  8. Memberships cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless otherwise stated by BahaySpa.
  9. Memberships are subject to availability, and advanced booking is recommended to secure preferred appointment times.
  10. Lost or stolen Membership cards must be reported to BahaySpa immediately. Replacement cards may be issued subject to BahaySpa’s discretion and any applicable fees.
  11. BahaySpa reserves the right to modify or terminate the Membership program, including discounts, benefits, terms, and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
  12. Memberships are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No refunds or credits will be given for unused Membership service purchases.
  13. BahaySpa is not responsible for any unauthorized use or misuse of the Membership by the member or any third party.
  14. By purchasing and using the Membership, the member acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

Gift Card:

  1. The BahaySpa Gift Card is issued by BahaySpa and can be used for purchasing the services offered by BahaySpa at any location.
  2. The Gift Card is available in denominations of P 1,000 and P 2,000.
  3. The Gift Card has no expiration.
  4. The Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.
  5. The Gift Card can be used to pay for massage services, beauty services, and wellness packages available at BahaySpa. The total purchase amount, including taxes and service charges, will be deducted from the Gift Card balance.
  6. Any remaining balance on the Gift Card after purchase will be stored and can be used for future transactions.
  7. The Gift Card cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless otherwise stated by BahaySpa.
  8. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to safeguard the Gift Card.
  9. The Gift Card is transferable.
  10. The Gift Card is valid at BahaySpa locations.
  11. BahaySpa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. The updated terms and conditions will be available on the BahaySpa website or at the participating locations.
  12. BahaySpa is not responsible for any unauthorized use, loss, or damage to the Gift Card.
  13. In case of any disputes or concerns regarding the Gift Card, please contact BahaySpa customer service for assistance.

By purchasing or using the BahaySpa Annual Membership Card and  BahaySpa Gift Card, the cardholder acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

Payment Process:
1. Customer book at BahaySpa for service and chooses to pay in cash or through a local payment facility such as GCash, Credit cards or Bank Payment.

2. If the customer decides to pay in cash, they can proceed to the cash payment after the call verification from Customer Service. Once the cash payment is received and confirmed, we will proceed with the booking approval.

3. If the customer chooses to pay through a local payment facility, they need to inform Customer Service about their preferred method of payment (GCash,Credit Card or Bank payment).

4. Customer Service will request the necessary details from the customer, such as their registered mobile number.

5. BahaySpa will then generate an SMS containing the payment link specific to the chosen local payment facility. This link will be sent to the customer’s registered mobile number.

6. The customer receives the SMS with the payment link on their mobile phone.

7. The link redirects the customer to the appropriate payment platform (e.g., GCash, bank payment or the online credit card payment gateway).

8. The customer follows the prompts on the payment platform to complete the transaction securely.

9. Once the payment is successfully processed and received by BahaySpa, the booking will be approved.

10. BahaySpa will then send a booking notification to the customer via email. The email will contain details of the confirmed booking, such as the date, time, type of service, and any other relevant information.

Refund Policy:

If a customer has made a payment through a local payment facility such as GCash, bank Payment, or credit card, and subsequently requests a refund, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. For example, if the customer paid via GCash, the refund will be processed to their GCash account.

2. Cancellations made within the specified cancellation time frame (as per the cancellation policy) are eligible for a refund with a 10% refund fee

3. Refunds may also be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as in cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen events that prevent the customer from availing of the booked service.

4. To request a refund, customers should contact BahaySpa directly through email. They should provide their booking details, the reason for the refund request, and a copy of the payment made to BahaySpa.

5.BahaySpa Customer Service will review the refund to assess the validity of the refund claim.

6. Once the refund request is approved, BahaySpa will initiate the refund process. The timeframe for the refund to be processed and reflected in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method and the policies of the local payment facility.

7.BahaySpa will provide updates to the customer regarding the refund status and the expected timeline for the customer to receive the funds.

By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions without prior notice. You are responsible to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our platform after any modifications or updates to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
